Blepharoplasty is the term used to describe the operation to reduce

Pre-operative photographs will be taken and an indication of the desired outcome may be demonstrated on the computer
Aspirin-containing drugs should be stopped two weeks prior to surgery
Smoking should cease or be reduced as much as possible
Arnica tablets may help reduce bruising and may be taken 7 days before and after surgery
Previous eye complaints (dryness, watering, visual disturbance) should be discussed with your surgeon
